SHIPPING & RETURNS
We accept Visa, MasterCard and debit card. Your order will be shipped to the address you entered once it is processed.
We make every effort to ship orders quickly. Most orders will ship within 3 - 5 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are considered received on the following business day. Similarly, orders placed after 3:00 pm EST on weekdays will be considered received on the following business day.
Large orders can take longer to produce and ship, so order accordingly. If an order will be delayed or can’t ship complete, we will make every effort to contact customers directly.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS
An email is required to arrange for expedited/air shipping*. Next-Day air requests must be received prior to 2:00 pm EST. All expedited shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
The website does not offer expedited shipping options such as next day air, 2-day air or Saturday delivery, so if these services are needed, email your order! Contact Remount Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org (Mon.-Fri. 9-5 EST.)
SHIPMENTS TO PO BOXES OR TO APO ADDRESSES
Remount does not ship products to APO addresses.
We would like to ship internationally if the destination country legally allows hemp products. Please verify with your country's laws prior to purchase.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with an item, we want to quickly correct the problem. We will gladly replace the item or refund the amount you paid. You may return unopened and undamaged items within ten (10) days of purchase in their original packaging.
